A full vehicle tint (excluding the windshield) typically takes between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the vehicle's make, model, and size.
Window tinting provides numerous benefits such as UV protection, reduced heat and glare, increased privacy, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced aesthetic appeal.
Dyed tint mostly just darkens your windows. Over time, it can fade, bubble, or start looking like it’s had a few too many summers. Ceramic window tint uses microscopic ceramic particles to actually block heat and harmful UV rays, helping keep you and your vehicle cooler and more comfortable. It also protects your interior and reduces glare without interfering with your phone, GPS, or radio signals.
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before rolling down your windows. However, depending on weather conditions, full curing can take up to 3–5 days.
Tint percentage (VLT%) refers to how much light passes through your window film. Higher percentages mean a lighter tint with more visibility, while lower percentages mean a darker tint with less light coming through—for example, 70% is light. In comparison, 5% is very dark, aka “limo tint.”
In Arizona, front-side windows must allow at least 33% light in, while the rear-side windows and rear windshield can be any darkness.
